What are some good styles for a girl with short thick curly hair?

mine is like yours only wavy instead here are some options:

*lots of layers- this was great only i had to straighten it alot and it takes a long time around 45mins just for school.

*straight cut then half up- half down updo . this is very easy and alot better on curly hair.

*longer at front- shorter at the back. it was very stylish.

*messy ponytail is fine too.
