How do you get rid of book lice?

Remove and discard all infested item(s), clean thoroughly by vacuuming every surface and crevice, using a nozzle to get into all the corners. wash all surfaces and ventilate really well, eliminate any existing mold (if applicable-food source), identify & eliminate any breeding area, use a contact spray if necessary labelled for them.
