When wearing a royal blue dress pearl earrings and necklace (two strands and not overdone) in white; diamonds with a diamond broach or pendant or, good costume jewelry in either would set off the royal blue dress nicely. There are some synthetic gems to beads in costume jewelry that are often nicer than anything one can buy in a jewelry store and it could be a mixture of a shimmering or pearlised mid blue and mauve.
