How should blue eyes do their makup?

In my opinion, blue eyed girl's or women with blue eyes would look great with some dark tan face powder,dark lipstick,and some brown eyeshadow.

My mom has blue eyes and that is what kind of makeup she wears every single day. Except for the eyeshadow. Instead of eyeshadow she wears mascara.
