What to do when your child won't eat fruit or vegetable?

mix it with food he/she likes, it depends on their age really, from the gae of ten downwards I'd be stubborn and will not let them leave the table until he has atleast tried it, you never know they may actually like it and may just be being stubborn.

If they cannot stand fruit or veg. like what I said above mix it with things they like, Italian food like Pizza or pasta sauces are great for "sneaking food in" a good Tomato'ey sauce will hide the flavour of many things your son/Daughter wont eat.
