Are there Any lawsuits against American community insurance company?

In 1999, a family from Arizona filed a lawsuit against American Community Insurance after the company falsely claimed a pre-existing condition and denied coverage of a 10-year boy (Ryan) dying of a rare form of cancer. Larrabee family won, but lost their son.

They're slogan is: "People who care. Policies that protect." They forgot to include ...unless your child is diagnosed with a rare disease that results in hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills.
