What poop is best to use as fertilizer?

Yes and no

Human feces contains nitrates just as animal feces so it work just as good in making your plant grow.

However animals as dogs, tigers and humans eat meat and therefore the feces contains bactera that if it touches plants that should be eaten, the plant will (if it touches proteins and is heated in cooking for long) it will make a poison that will kill in very small amounts.

Also feces from humans may contain worms-eegs and various diseases for an examble flu and infections that can spread throug touching the plant, throug inhalation or eating the plant.

Urin are in contrast sterile as it comes out, so i will recoment you using that instead:)
