Does it matter at what time you take your birth control pill?

Not really. Doctors suggest that you take the pill at the same time every day so that you will establish a pattern to remember to take it daily. In terms of whether you take it in the morning one day, then in the afternoon the next, it does not make any difference in effectiveness. I would suggest eating before taking it, though.
