Do NOT confuse this with the morning after pill or Plan B. Those are emergency contraception pills and once you are pregnant, they do NOT work. They do NOT harm the growing thing, they just don't work. so it's not worth it to take those if you are already pregnant (that is, have a positive pregnancy test)
