Pi or π is a constant which represents the ratio of any circles's circumference to its diameter. which is always equal to 22/7 or 3.142

any shape that has a curve in it (e.g circle) is related to pi....

For example:

1.area of a circle= πr2

2.perimeter of a circle= 2πr
