Is it ok for a 17 year old to date a 13 year old?

For me, it is okay for a 17 year old to date a 13 year old. Age does not matter. It is how you feel for that person that matters. Don't let your age hinder you from expressing your feelings for that person.

No. It would show a huge amount of immaturity on the part of the 17-year-old. It is completely normal for the younger to feel attraction and interest in the older one but it is not normal for a 17-year-old to be attracted and interested in a 13-year-old. There is a real risk of the older person getting in trouble with the law so just smile at the feelings and put them away and wait until you're older.
