What do you do if you want to change your password on Minecraft but can login to the Minecraft website?

That's a weird situation to be in, you'd have to contact Mojang through their support email address and explain what happened, you may be able to prove you are the rightful owner of the account by proving you control the email account it was registered with and the source you provided payment with.
