How were slave girls treated?

Different slaves were treated differently depending on their owners. No one description fits all. Some were severely abused; others were not. Some girls experienced sex before they could walk.

Slave children had to work hard. During the summer, slave children did not wear clothes. In addition to their work, the girls would have sex on a regular basis with other boys, both slave and free. They would get their first dress to wear in the summer at around 10. They would have their first baby in their teens. If the baby had a white father, the child might be brought up to be a house slave, otherwise, it would work in the fields. The girls would be expected to continue working and breeding.

When one of her children got big enough, the owner would sell it just like you sell a horse.
