How does the vision came?

i may not provide you the exact answer but here how i give meaning to this Word. Vision for me is seeing what next to happen and i believe the one who has the vision to see has developed inner senses/ related to involved person or have something to do with the on coming event that may take place. Not everyone is open to vision, only selected types of people are gifted to perform this sub consciously.
