1 go to airport in las Santos if u don't hav a pilot linceds get a car drive up to the gate and hop the fence then go way down to the end of the airport take the plane and find the tallest building and jump out (be care full u don't hav almost no life )or find the building on the street & go through the door

LOS SANTOS:

On the top of the Los Santos tower in Downtown (there is a yellow marker at the door of this, the tallest building, which CJ steps into and he is taken straight to the rooftop). This building has a crown type pattern on the top.

WHETSTONE:

On the summit of Mount Chilliad.

SAN FIERRO:

• On top of the Big Pointy Building in the Financial area.
• On the San Fierro side of the Garver Bridge, on top of the western tower.

TIERRA ROBADA:

On top of the Gant Bridge tower, on the Tierra Robada side.

BONE COUNTY:

• Inside of the little shed on Arco del Oeste.
• On top of the radio tower near to The Big Ear.

LAS VENTURAS:

On the top of The Emerald Isle casino building.
