What is a good home remedy for getting gum out of your hair?

Try butter or dishsoap. Or try freezing it and smashing it. That last one might take a while.

Pour half a cup of snot, 2 kilograms of warm, fresh poo, a dash of gooey pee, and tonne of puke and pour into a greased pan and cook on 4 000 degrees Celsius until golden brown and smells like earwax and wash your hair in it when still warm, this will get the gum out instantly.
