Why do you prefer deputy head boy over head boy?

I prefer the role of deputy head boy because it allows me to support the head boy in leadership while still actively engaging with students and addressing their concerns. This position offers a balance of responsibility and collaboration, enabling me to contribute to important decisions without the full pressure of being the primary leader. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to develop my leadership skills in a supportive capacity, preparing me for future roles.
