Is it obilivious when a person does not take your feeling into account?

usually it ia but at the same time they might not know thattheir not taking your feelings into account that is the time you let them know how you feeling and then then after it's the same thing than it might be hard but it's going to be the time go have to let them go and find someone else who appriciates you and your emotions
