What political office is most represented by women in the US based on the percentage of the total office holders?

The Democratic Party hold the title for the most amount of women in office, the first one was Rebecca Latimer Felton in 1922. Since her there have been 28 other female senators for the Democratic Party and 15 representing the Republican Party.
