Who is a president and prime minister of Spain?

Spain is a kingdom and has a king (Juan Carlos I).

Spain does not have a president, but a prime minister (Mariano Rajoy).

There is somewhat confusion because he's also called the President of the Government, but in fact he is a Prime Minister.
