How do you tell your parents about your crush?

Just ask to talk to them for a minute. If you are a girl, go to your mom NOT your dad. If you are a boy, go to your dad, or if you want you can go to your mom, it doesn't really matter. If they ask you if you are interested in the opposite gender, say yes. Trust me, I am a seventh grade girl and have gone through this a few days ago.
