Do you need to change the carburetor jets large or small engine bore all the way?

Not necessarily. It will depend on what else you did to the engine. You'll need to use an exhaust gas analyzer to determine if the engine is running rich or lean then use that information to determine whether and how much to change the jets. It may take a few iterations to close in on the proper jet size, but that's the only way to know for certain.
