Miles from Lancaster pa to Cookeville tn?

About 680 miles taking this route:

1. Take PA-283 NORTH to I-76 PA TURNPIKE (toll road). EXIT RIGHT.
2. Once you are past the toll booths, follow signs to I-76 WEST to PITTSBURGH.
3. Take I-76 WEST on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (toll road) to I-81 and U.S. 11 to CARLISLE and CHAMBERSBURG at EXIT 226. This will be the CARLISLE interchange.
4. Follow signs to I-81, then, once you are at JCT I-81 follow signs to I-81 SOUTH to CHAMBERSBURG. Bear RIGHT.
5. Take I-81 SOUTH all the way down to I-40 WEST to KNOXVILLE at EXIT 1B in Tennessee. This will be at END I-81.
6. Take I-40 WEST to Cookeville. Make sure you take the I-640 bypass of Knoxville (EXIT 393 off I-40).
