If you could solve one for the earth problems which would it be and how would you solve it?

One obvious one would be the Ozone layer. Our country has finally begun to realize the effect it is having on the environmnet. Obama has started the emissions policy and that would be going great if the car dealerships would cooperate. Also another good idea to solve the waste problem would be to charge people for how much garbage they put into their dumpsters.
