It does mean that you CAN be pregnant, but you should go to a doctor for a blood test if you think you are :) It can also be a symptom some anorexic or underweight people experience (because food is viewed negatively the smell can also cause negative reactions to it). It can also just occur randomly without cause (as it has happened to my the last few days) You may want to drink larger amounts of water and take a few vitamins if you are having trouble eating. But I will reiterate, it does not mean you are absolutely pregnant, you could even just have a low grade stomach flu causing you to feel nauseous. Hope this helped!
