No, there isn't a SpongeBob tampon. Tampon companies like Tampax do a lot of dispicable things to try to gain brand loyalty in young people, but the SpongeBob tampon meme is just a joke - in part to mock how the brand tries to win over younger customers, partly just because it's plain funny.
