Where do you put page numbers on a resume?

At the bottom of the page, on the lower right hand side, put your last name, hyphen, page number.

For instance:

McCarthy - 1 of 2

and then on the second page:

McCarthy - 2 of 2

At least that was how I was taught to do it.
