More action than stopping bleeding, ensuring that the injured party is breathing, or properly sheltered should not be attempted by the staff. Paramedics have more training and are specially equipped to deal with serious emergencies. Your staff is not and should not attempt anything other than the first aid instructions printed on the first aid box. To do so will expose your staff and you to wrongful treatment lawsuits at the very least.
