Anything at this point you do will make you easily lose weight. Follow these three points and you will lose weight quickly and in a very healthy way: 1) Start counting calories. While the first week of eating less will be hard, afterwards you will realize how much nicer you feel. 2) Find a sport that you can play, and try to do it for at least an hour or two a day. You lose weight since your heart since your heart is beating fast during the exercise. Depending on the sport, this can add another pound a week of weight loss. 3) Last but not least, run everyday. But you need to do a special kind of running. You need to jog for 60 seconds, and then run for 30 seconds, and repeat this for fifteen minutes. That's all! Only fifteen minutes of your day. Unlike the last one, you lose weight instead because your heart is beating fast for the next 24 hours! It will take a while for you to get good at it, but when you do, that is at least another pound a week you're losing. Follow this routine, and you'll probably lose at least 3 pounds a week, but most likely 5. That means in the first months you will lose 20 pounds. Keeping changes in mind (skinnier you are, harder to lose weight), this means if you keep it up for only six months (only six months of your life!) you will reach a healthy weight for your age. Remember, you can change this part of you. It's all up to you. Either you will choose to lose weight and put all your effort into it, or you will not. Either way, do what will make you happy. Being overweight doesn't make you a worse person, but does it make you a happier one?
