Is tea tree oil poisonous

Tea Tree oil is commonly used in alternate veterinary medicine for cats, dogs, birds as well as in large animal practices (horses, cattle etc).

That said, all treatments, CAN have adverse reactions in SOME animals. It is advisable to test tolerances first.
