What is Bella's Excape plan for Jacob and renesmee?

She got fake birth certificates and passports for both of them so that, once the Volturi were completely distracted, Jacob could run away with Renesmee to Rio de Janeiro, where Bella hopes they meet with Alice. But before that, she has to kill Demetri so that Nessie and Jacob can't be tracked down by the Volturi.
