Well If You Were HighHeels Some Children Twist There Ankles Because Either They Are Still Developing Or They Are Wearing HighHeels Just To High For Them To Walk. If This does happen to you It would be better the wear them at night or at a party. (It is ok if you were them for one day but Only if you can be carefull)
