Can you get pregnant if the NUVA ring is out for 1 day after using the ring for over six months?

After Nuva Ring has been out for a week, you're no longer protected against pregnancy. If you've had unprotected sex, consider using emergency contraception. Insert a new ring as soon as you remember, and use a backup Birth Control method for the first seven days of that cycle. Remove that ring three weeks after inserting, on the same day of the week you inserted. Insert the next ring one week later.
