Baby crib made in 1983 by Simmons Juvenile products company is it safe to use?

I just bought a Simmons crib at a yard sale. I noticed the assembly pamphlet was dated 1983,so I did some research. The most helpful site was listed on google as Simmons Juvenile Products Company, Inc. There was a recall on some cribs, and the site explains how to check the label for the affected dates of manufacture. Although the pamphlet for my crib was dated 1983, it was actually made in 1992.
