Yes, there is nothing wrong with licking the blood from a woman's menstrual blood. The only thing is that you should make sure she's comfortable or okay with you licking her menstrual blood because she may find it "disgusting". Some girls don't like the idea of men doing that but others won't find any problem with it. The only real "unsafe" thing about doing that other than her being uncomfortable is the fact that if she has an STD it could be passed to the person when they lick her menstrual blood.
