Should you eat one small meal a day if im to lazy to work out and you want to lose weight?

Au contraire my friend. You should eat multiple (5-6) small meals a day to keep your metabolism speeded up. Try and walk a little, put 20-30 minutes of exercise into your routine and don't eat anything (esp carbs) after 8pm at night! You will notice positive results in a couple of weeks! Worked for me
