How much do hospice certified nurses aides make?

I live in Toledo, Ohio, and I make 10.00 an hour with no experience. That is the going rate of pay here..some places pay 11.00 and some pay 9.00. Home health here pays less....8.00 an hour. Crazy with the cost of gasoline...it's like you are doing charity work. They want you to donate your time, and the little you earn, goes into gassing your car, and oil changes...ect.
