Not really. Recently a woman who had a sex change operation to become a man was able to carry a baby to full term. It was conceived through artificial insemination and implanted in the womb. Theoretically, a fertilised egg could be implanted into some places near a man's stomach, and it might grow to full term. The baby would have to by delivered by Caesarian section, that is, by cutting open the skin on the abdomen.
