Are dolphins more intelligent than monkeys?

Both animals are very intelligent. Dolphins are the 2nd smartest animals but chimpanzees are the smartest.

If you meant in there family's altogether you would say dolphins are smarter but if you were talking within their family's you would say monkeys - chimpanzees.
