We purchased the door on 7/07/08, it wasn't installed until 7/30/08, at that time it had tangled blinds, the service man came on 8/22/08, didn't have the part and now its 9/24/08 and we still don't have a good door. This sure doesn't reflect a good customer sevice. We're ready to have it taken out and get a different door somewhere else.
