What does it mean when a boy stares at you for more than 10 seconds?

It could mean a few things:

• you have something on your face/clothes/hair. But you're probably normal so it's all good.(:
• he noticed you for the first time so he's just cheecking you out, ya know, scoping out the territory.
• he has noticed you before and can't stop looking at you!
