Does lasik eye surgery treatment helps to change lazy eye into normal eye?

It could be beneficial, only when lazy eye is caused by a difference in the refractive error between both eyes. In other cases of lazy eye, surgery wouldn't be helpful. Instead, vision therapy can be used to treat lazy eye for the long term, using a computer software (an FDA approved therapy is by Revitalvision, for example).
