Does microwaving Vyvanse make it snortable?

I read on 1 website that you open the capsule, dump the powder on a plate, put it in the microwave for a minute, and u will have something that is worth snorting...but I definately want to get more information about this before I even consider wasting a pill on this, I have opened the capsule and dumped the powder in a glass filled about 1/4th full of water, then stirred it up until the powder fully disolved and then drink it, this seems to make the meds kick in quicker and I know for a fact that this works and is not a waste of meds.
