Pokemon heart gold how do you get that item after beating all 16 gym leaders?

Go fight Red at Mt. Silver. Or have rematches with the gym leaders (and trainers), try and fill up your Pokedex, breed Pokemon, play in the Game Corner, go fight the Elite Four again, fight in the Battle Frontier, etc.
