No. Any dogs color (coat) should not effect its hearing, The genetics of the animal dictates the disability of the animal. A white coat and deathless is just an unlucky paring of gens. that's why high end dog breeders only use dogs they know are pure bred, to make make sure there little changes of genetic misshapes.
