NO!!! Whatever you do, you shouldn't do that. I'm a guy, and I used to get beat almost daily when I was younger, and I was predominantly beat with a back scratcher. It would leave long, red, raised welts, or long parallel blood blisters, and at least once it even broke my skin. I still resent the way I used to get punished and think it was harsh and/or child abuse. If your child's behavior is bad enough to warrant that type of punishment, then you should really get her, and yourself, some psychological counseling to see what is really going on that causes her to act out like that. But I cannot stress enough that you should NEVER have to resort to something as harsh as that. Please please please don't hit that young child with that thing. You will be doing more harm than good. Please seek out psychological help for her and yourself. Thank you for seeking advice instead of just beating her. The fact that you were willing to ask for help shows a sense of maturity and willingness to change. Take advantage of your doubt and get her, and yourself, some help immediately. Thanks again!
