"Molly" is chemically methamphetamine, and yes it shows up on a methamphetamine test. The only question is whether the particular test you're taking screens for meth or not... some do, some don't, and asking what particular drugs your specific one is going to screen for is a pretty darn good way to get the answer to be "well, it was GOING to be just for opioids and THC, but I think maybe we'll be taking a closer look now."
