What branch of the military should you join after earning a PhD in Molecular Medicine and Gene Therapy?

none...if you want to stay a scientist career-wise then stay a civilian or work for DoD or gov't. Most who work at military research labs are just that. As an enlisted or officer you will be military 1st, scientist 2nd. Your degree will just become an interesting topic of conversation over meals.
