Is there a northern ozone hole?

Yes. It is smaller than the southern polar ozone hole. There is a hole that forms in the ozone layer above the pole that is experiencing winter. The Southern pole get more hydrogen nucleii form the solar wind than the northern pole does, due to Earth's current magnetic field arrangement. This is why the southern polar hole is larger than the northern polar hole.
