How do you unlock the secret characters in Mario Kart 7?

The list has all 26 of the Mario Kart Wii characters including the Mii outfits and how to unlock them. Their are 14 special chracters to unlock.

Baby Mario: Already Unlocked.

Baby Luigi: Unlock 8 expert staff ghost data in time trials. So go to time trials and beat eight courses and unlock the expert ghost data for it.

Baby Peach: Already Unlocked

Baby Daisy: Get a one star rank or more in all the 50cc cups.

Toad:Already Unlocked

Toadette: Play on all 32 courses in Time Trials mode.

Koopa Troopa: Already Unlocked

Dry Bones: Win the 100cc Leaf Cup.

Mario: Already Unlocked

Luigi: Already Unlocked

Peach: Already Unlocked

Daisy: Win the 150cc Special Cup.

Yoshi: Already Unlocked

Birdo: Play 16 different courses in Time Trial.

Diddy Kong: Complete all 50cc cups.

Bowser Jr: Get a one star rank or more in all the 100cc Retro cups.

Wario: Already Unlocked

Waluigi: Already Unlocked

Donkey Kong: Already Unlocked

Bowser: Already Unlocked

King Boo: Win the 50cc Star cup.

Rosalina: Get a one star or more in all Mirror Mode wii cups. If you have a Super Mario Galaxy saved file then win 50 grand prix races.

Funky Kong: Unlock 4 expert staff ghost data in Time Trials mode.

Dry Bowser: Get a one star rank or more in all the 150cc cups.

Mii Outfit A: Beat the 100cc Special Cup.

Mii Outfit B: Unlock all 32 expert staff ghost data in Time Trials.
